A CASE OF TOTAL RECONSTRUCTION OF SCROTUM AND TESTIS USING EXTERNAL PUDENDAL FLAP AND ARTIFICIAL TESTICULAR IMPLANTATION

Abstract
|

|
A technique is described for reconstructing-the scrotum´ and artificial, implantation in patientwho has` total loss of left testis and scrotum. Scrotum reconstruction and artificial implantation with external pudendal flap and silicone prosthesis were done in 8-year old child and had an acceptable cosmetic result.
Herein we present a case of scrotal reconstruction with some literature.
